How To Be Ready For Friday Night

11.)     Registration:  Go to this website:  www.mightycardinalband.blogspot.com   Once you get to the website, look at all of the tabs at the top.

22.)    Click 16-17 Registration.   Follow the links and information.   DO not make any payments at this time.   We will talk about this later.  Complete the online registration.  You will need to know your student I d.. 

33.)    Once registration is complete, look at the top of the website.   Click the physical Tab.  Download the paperwork, go to Bellaire E.R., and do your physical.  The latest word is Bellaire E.R. is not charging for the physical.  Once complete, turn in your physical form to Mr. Dudney.  Mr. Dudney needs the physicals by close of business Thursday.

44.)    Go back to the website, and click Music and Drill Downloads   Once you are there, find the music for your instrument listed on the back of this sheet.   

55.)    On Wednesday after school you will need to get the following if you do not have them:  Uniform, Shoes, Band Shirt, Sections will meet on Wednesday with their flip folders, Lyre’s, and Music  to make their Flip Folders

66.)    We will sign up for busses Friday.  Fridays schedule is as Follows:

Pep Rally – At end of 6^th period come to the band room.  The Pep Rally will go all of 7^th period.  On Field Music Rehearsal at 3:45,  Show Run Through’s at 430,  Dinner in Atrium at 5:00pm.   Get In Uniform ( Black marching shoes,  Black Long Socks that you provide,  Black Uniform Pants, Band Shirt)  No Jackets or Hats will be used for game 1.    540  Load Bus,  600 Depart               630  In Stadium  700 Kick Off  800 is estimated time for Halftime and Performance.  Back at school at approximately 10pm.  Dismissal when everything is put away at approximately 1030 PM,

Finally,  Parent s go to the parents needed link and sign up to help,  

This may seem like a lot, but it is very do-able.   Take a deep breath, relax, and get it done.  Friday night will be a night to remember!
